What are initial common symptoms/ reactions while leaving porn?

    Hi friends,
    Actually I am new to this forum . I am trying to give up porn and it's my 7th day without it.
    But some of the things that i have been observing in these days.

    I wake up in between midnight (2/3 am)
    And I have strong desire to fap( which I do now at least) ( hopefully not afterwards)
    Otherwise my previous routine was to watch porn fap and go to sleep.

    Please shreshth your experiences and thoughts. It will help!!!!

    It's been 6 days since I began NoFap, what am experiencing is severe urges at early morning coupled with fantasy n sexual thoughts.

    Yes early morning and late at night just before going to sleep are weak moment for me also

    Take a cold shower early morning as soon as you wake up. if you have the means to do so, it really helps.

    Then fix your sleep. Maybe there's a reason why you're not able to get up early. You should sleep around 8hours a day.
    The book: ' why we sleep' by matthew walker is a great starting place to fix your sleep, which I can argue is more important than eating healthy or exercising.
    If you don't have the means or can't find the book, maybe listen to an interview/podcast with the guy. Saves you some money and you get a lot of similar information:
