    A youtuber told me that if i dont get any benefits within 120 days, i will never have the benefits.
    Is it true? 120+ day, still no benefits. I am so much depressed.

    It is not true.
    Change takes months if not years and it is barely noticeable at times.
    You still have to do your affirmations and your physical exercise.
    You still have to meditate.
    Don't listen to "experts". Everyone is different.

    Agree. I'm not saying YouTubers don't grind to make content, but their whole appeal is for "quick, convenient and efficient!". It's basically sales. A real human being's body and energies doesn't work that way, in terms of achieving maximum best.
