Hi, I´m completely new here and I feel like I really need to stop watching porn. I have 2 questions: 1. I once read that what makes your life worse is porn and not fapping so what should I do, quit porn only or quit both things? 2. I just set a 90 day challenge for me to stop watching porn/masturbating, what I don´t understand is what happens next. Do I go back to doing it daily or do I quit for good? Why do you put challenges of 90 days only? What do you do on day 91? Plase Help!

What to do when you hit 90 days? I could list probably 1,000 things. The first thing I would do though is celebrate. Why celebrate? Because if I had made it to 90 days I would feel like I could do anything, I would feel free, liberated. You're new to this, so let me tell you something you will realize very quick. This is a very tough habit to break. But, it IS possible, remember that. You will also quickly realize how hard it really is to make it to 90 days clean. Trust me though, you'll have no trouble deciding what to do when you make it there. key word: WHEN. You have to truly believe that you can do it. Good Luck dude, I wish you the best!
You keep going and living a Porn and masturbation free life. If you are questioning what happens on day 91, its like you maybe building up all of your urges along the 90 days and saying to yourself, "On day 91 im going to treat myself to a big wank" This would be a huge mistake as it could to lead to a massive porn binge and you will be back to square one. You dont want that pain of regret! Good luck
