Probably shouldn't think like this since I'm still early on in my rebooting but does anyone else ever wonder if things don't get better or they cant break free from the things that get them aroused intensely and don't get just as aroused from the things they want to be aroused by? I probably shouldn't think like this at all but I guess thoughts like this do come to mind and make me question what if all this isn't just conditioning from porn etc. However, I should remove such thoughts I believe and focus on improving myself and believing that this will work, right? Any thoughts or advice or opinions would be great!

I think you have to remember that there are more reasons to quit porn besides the potential health benefits you will see. It's true, some men report increased arousal and sensitivity after rebooting, but I don't think that's the only reason to quit porn.
It sounds like part of the reason you want to quit is because you see potential benefits to quitting, like increased sexual health. Let's call these sorts of reasons 'positive reasons'.
I think the important thing for you to remember is that there are also 'negative reasons' to quit porn that are just as important. Porn makes you a slave to dopamine rushes in your brain. Porn doesn't do anything positive for you, it only takes away from you. It doesn't make you feel satisfied, but rather empty. It doesn't make you less stressed out, but rather causes stress from dealing with your addiction. It doesn't meet your sexual needs, but rather leaves you sexually frustrated.

Will you see improvements in your sexual health after quitting porn? I don't know. There may be other factors contributing to your sexual health aside from just porn addiction. However, I do know that you will be leaving behind all of the negative effects porn is having on your life when you quit. If you quit porn, you will be free. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so even if quitting won't fix all of your health issues, wouldn't you still want to anyway?

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need to talk about this more, and I wish you good luck with your reboot!
