What to do?

Even though this message might not be seen but I’m done with this site and trying to recover. I’m honestly not getting better and I’m stuck in a bad position. I’m not sure what to do anymore. I was this close today telling my mom I have a big problem. I may tell her tomorrow..

But being on this site for over 4 years and seeing no progress is just a big concern for me.. I feel a big slip in my willpower which feels drained.. Maybe I need therapy.. I appreciate any user who has helped me out but I don’t feel another streak in me at the moment please understand.
