    I'm really glad I found this site. I'm excited to see what changes can come in my life if de-program these habits I've allowed to fester for nearly 20 years! I wish I could have started just ten years ago! It's only been 24 hrs but today was filled with more hope than the previous week. I just hope I can make some friends in the struggle to make it a lil bit easier I've tried on my own and failed after 6 weeks.
