Porn is an unnecessary multiplier for masturbation and thus you waste more time. Aside from that, I see no purpose. I really don't understand no mo. There is no evidence of it being beneficial and going against your biology doesn't seem wise. Considering how common mo is with mammals, it makes even less sense. The only exceptions I would add to this is people who have such an addiction that they cannot live a functional life with mo, which must be an *extremely* rare case, or they have ED and are attempting a potential cure.
My motivation on my first streak was the community, and the pride in seeing myself commit to something. Now I have kind of mixed feelings about this community, so I just use the benefits from my first streak as a motivation to quit. Plus I know I can do it - it's rather simple.
