Where can I get clear instructions for a successful reboot...

Hello everyone. I'm 31 and I've already had some attempts in this nofap journey. Unfortunatelly I haven't succeded and I'm looking for help from more experienced people. I've been reading forums for some time and I couldn't find any clear set of instructions for a successful reboot. I'm an alcohol addict as well. And I'm in AA community and there we have clear steps for recover. I'm absolutely sure that I need an accountability partner to be able to have a streak longer that 2 weeks. What other things do you consider necessary for a successful attempt to reboot? I would be happy to know your opinions

P.S. Looking for an AP as well.
