Where do I search for a sexual addiction specialist?

    I am looking for a sexual addiction specialist in my area and am not having much luck. I was asking if anyone has a website or any other information that may be helpful.

    This will help you find a CSAT in your area if you are looking for help for an addict

    It can be much harder to find help for the partner of an addict because even many CSATs still subscribe to the co-dependency model and do not recognize betrayal trauma, or do not do a good job of it.

    If you are looking for the significant other/partner, I suggest finding the website of every CSAT in your area and reading the bios carefully. Then call and vet them well.

    Good luck. A good therapist is hard to find.
