Hello, I discovered your site from watching an excellent YouTube talk ('The great porn experiment') given by Gary Wilson at TEDxGlasgow. ... It would seem that my Catholic school teachers were right all along about masturbation! Something I wouldn't have credited when I was younger, and perhaps more cynical. I like the bit about 50-somethings recovering faster than younger men. Hopefully, that'll make my journey easier. I sincerely want to give it a go.

Catherine's a good choice. After all, her name means 'purity.' Whenever I need strength I'll pray to Therese of Lisieux. They call her the Little Flower, but she's really as strong as an iron bar.
