why you are one step away from freedom

You are one step away from being free from PMO. That step is the brief moment, from now, to the new now, now, now.. get it?

You walk it automatically, since time passes. And you gotta realize, that you are already free from PMO. You have always been, and will always be, IF you decide to live in the present moment. Let's face it, there actually is no such thing as a past or a future, those are just constructs of an oddly obscured thinking. There only is present, eternally forged anew, and what happened yesterday, will echo in eternity (copyright gladiator), because there is no such thing as eternity and yesterday, just the present.

I encourage you to live in the present. Be aware of the presence. Don't look back, or ahead, in that sense, and realize, if you decide to not PMO in this moment, you will always decide not to PMO, because the presence is all there is.

You only really have one thing on this world in this life, and that is your free will. Everything else may be taken from you. Decide how to use it. And then, dont look how to make your future perfect, or redeem your past, and your many failings and relapses: instead, focus on making the present moment perfect.

Because that is all you actually can do, and should do.
