It will happen bro. You're young it will happen, try to create more experiences in your life and it will happen eventually. NoFap does give you a slight edge in confidence but I don't think it's the reason why you can't talk or text girls, the reason is you. Try to make friends and something will happen eventually.

 

Well, I think NoFap can definitely aid in that. It's not so much that it helps you directly, but by staying away from satisfaction through porn, I could see that you would go find that satisfaction elsewhere, like with girls IRL. So by using NoFap and staying away from PMO, you could be more inclined to talk to girls. But, in the end, it's just you that has to take some action. Good luck!

 

Probably not, while porn causes many problems, you can't blame all of your problems on it. If you weren't able to talk to girls before then you're not going to magically start talking to every girl in your sight.

You are absolutely right. Wantmyselfback does talk about wanting exposure to girls, so I'm guessing he wants to do more than talking, and who can blame him If I look at myself and why I am here, one of the reasons is to get more active in the dating scene as well. By swapping time watching porn for messaging on Tinder (for instance) and by not having my direct needs met by porn, I do get more active in the dating scene. But, as you mention, you can't blame everything on porn. However, I could see that abstaining from PMO has an effect on your dating life. I am no expert though, just looking at my own case...

 

For me I have seen that NoFap has a lot of benefits in talking to girls. Not that I’m a big player or anything, never have been. However, over time I have gotten to the point where when I feel good I’m not afraid to talk to anyone, man or woman. I’m flatlining now but when I have felt the women attraction and confidence it ain’t a joke. I mean girls start texting you out of nowhere to hang and in public you just randomly start talking to them. You feel like you’re the prize they’re trying to get. NoFap is powerful.
