Women as sex objects..

It takes time and effort. When recovering from p addiction at first you'll lose the weird fetishes you might have gained, then you reduce the strong need for sex and only after that you start enjoying spending time with people. You need to not thinking about P in order for these things to happen.

 

I have a similar issue, with that, but only with anime, or cartoony women, the solution I found is to try to enforce in my mind that it´s a symbol of compassion over passion, I know it can probably land me some problems down the road if I eventually start dating real women and I get caught up in some kind of marriage trap, but first steps must be taken so I can resist the fap temptation.

 

it's pretty normal to feel that way because of the way they dress nowadays
