I have struggled with this fetish myself. Since I was a kid I got turned on when I see women's panties and bras. When I passed ladies section in mall, I got butterfly in my stomach and that feeling alone made me excited.
Now since my porn preference has escalated to more explicit genres, I don't feel too aroused on women's undergarments. But when I have gone so many months without PMO, I can get turned on by them.
One thing I noticed about my fetishes is that it will escalate to much more extreme stuff if you don't make commitment to stop it. I wish I wasn't like this. This got me in so much trouble in my life, from unable to stay clean on Nofap to uncontrollable urge to PMO.
