I had to prove to myself that I was able to overcome my addiction to pmo, and I still do.

Because of my addiction, I now feel diminished. I accept that I may never have what I’ve always wanted. I’m just happy to be alive and free.

I’m focusing on my increasing challenges with my health and while I wish things would get better, I’m grateful to be pmo free. Say no to pmo

PMO: it’s just not worth it. Stop. Give yourself some time to think about it and you’ll realize it’s just not worth it. Let it go. No pmo.

I’m unhappy with myself and disappointed with most everyone and everything else. One of the most important things to me, however, is Nofap.

Pornography is public enemy #1.

I believe that good is greater than evil. Have faith and pray for the strength to overcome this addiction. I know it’s possible. I believe.

PMO is the enemy. And like all enemies, the desire to destroy it is strong. Yet, any desire is just an illusion. Ignore the enemy, and run.

Falling for a lie is not unusual, but holding on to it even though it’s hurting you is. Find the self respect to love and care for yourself.

I understand the difficulty of getting better, and also living with the damage caused by neglect and abuse. Hard is not impossible. Nofap.

Why is it that some people find it easier to take care of themselves? Realizing that it’s secondary to self care, is all that really matters

I never want to give up on myself, my dreams, or my goals; so this will be my never again November. I will never create my own sadness again

The only person that we need to love is ourselves.
