Despite pmo addiction being a serious concern, doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the process of overcoming it. Fantasizing and dreaming of recovering can be motivating too.
Foremost among concerns about addiction to PMO, is that it is a health risk. Physical, and mental health effects of this disease can be catastrophic. This is serious.
At present and at any moment, I have confidence and faith that I am on the right path. I know that my future is secure because of NoFap.
What happens to any of us is unimportant and insignificant. Caring for myself in any way helps me to feel better. I need to love myself because I deserve it.

Sometimes we need to battle even though we don’t want to fight. Remaining calm, and taking deep breaths helps to focus on what’s necessary in the heat of the moment. Do right by yourself and you’ll feel better.
When I feel down and overwhelmed, as I was today, accepting the situation is the wisest and most mature thing I can do.
Damage control can put me in a good position to recover and resume the process of healing. -
