I obviously can’t go backwards in time to change anything, but I’m determined to move forward positively to create opportunities to be happy

Rebooting is not only teaching me to free myself from addiction to pmo, but also attachment to people that are selfishly without compassion.

A long time, and extreme addiction to pmo really took a toll on my brain and body. Rebooting is my fight to recover and reclaim my life. NF.

Rebooting is giving me a glimpse of what it would be like to regain control of my life and my mind.

Thanks to rebooting, I am able to appreciate and accept my situation and experience contentment easier than I have in the past. Reboot asap.

The fight for freedom from this addiction requires patience. Perfection can be requested in prayer, but through it all, patience is required

I’m extremely grateful for the chance to recover from my addiction to pmo. To be in control of my life in this way is most satisfying to me.

PMO addiction is exacerbated by hi-speed internet connection to porn sites that infect computers, phones, note-pad devices, and the brain.

Rebooting exercises my ability to let go of negative thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and my urges to pmo. With no tether, I feel lost but…

Fantasies, stories, lies, false narratives…all the messages meant to entertain, distract, convince, control, and confuse; aren’t our reality

Keeping my reboot at the top of my thoughts and deep in my heart is the only approach I have. My intention to reboot is my greatest strength

My hope is that people will make the right choices. I’ve made bad choices, but I always tried to do no harm. Now I know PMO is very harmful

Rebooting gave me the strength to stop the progression of pornography within myself and society. Turn to the light, join the no pmo fight.

Having negative thoughts and beating up on yourself can trigger urges to pmo. Rebooting requires us to keep it positive. Love’s all you need

Rebooting is an exercise for taking care of my brain. It’s lead me to examine what dopamine, and the effects of pmo have done to harm it. NF
