I keep falling into porn, and I am getting more depressed by the days. I forbid myself from ever going on the hub, but no matter how much I try, I just keep failing. It seems so easy on paper, "just don't get back on", but it's really the hardest thing I seem to try to do. The furthest I've gone without the hub is 50 days, but I relapsed and had a breakdown.

my advice? JOURNAL ASAP, recognize your triggers. and #2: get into a recovery community (like here) and post every day. SAA meetings have also been a huge help to me. Trying to beat this thing in isolation is a recipe for failure, we need support. Keep strong brother, and watch this:

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll try it when I’m back home. Right now I’m out of town.

Same, but remember your not alone in this fight.

  9. I think we need to notice how we describe our actions. We use words like "falling" which is a word you would use to describe an accident. We're not falling, we're jumping to the hub. We're choosing porn vs dealing with whatever it is that is triggering us. We need to find out what those triggers might be and then work on choosing something different when faced with them.

brother, we are all one family here and we preach the same thing, you must change your usual way of life, and fight with your intellect, not willpower, be disciplined, I understand your pain, but you and I are not alone)
