Day 5 completed, now i'm on day 6. Btw does wet dream counted as pmo? Cause i just get it this noon when i sleep for an hour

Day 0, back to from where I started. I'm doesn't seem to go without PMO for a day. I'm back to feeling tired again. I Need help from you guys.

Day 7 done, yeeessss! I think I'm going to start the 14 days challenge.

 

Back to day zero, on day zero. I lasted less than 12 hours. Fuck, this is really playing games with my head/emotions. I need to quit drinking alcohol because it makes me incredibly weak and I make terrible decisions. I wish all of you the very best.

Day 4 went just fine. I have a sinus infection though. Blergh. Still, at least I have no energy to relapse.
