I'm out here but today i'll start the 14-day challenge (thank you @2525 !).
Don't give up everybody, and when you're done, get a bigger challenge, and a bigger after that, ... Stay strong ! Together we'll conquer this addiction !

I don't feel bad when I have a nocturnal emission. Yes, I do regret the loss of energy but my will remains intact. I wanted to do this 7 day challenge with that condition in the first place in order to definetively stop night loses.

Defeated the Urges today! Went to my friends place rather than being alone on an holiday! Day 4! Done ..

 

3/7 Days Halfway there. 17 Hours until Day 4
