When I first started the noFap journey I would track 10,000 steps everyday on my fitbit if not more. I was drinking plenty of water and I had energy for days. Fast Forward and I am currently at day 85 of noFap, lots of thing have happened since I started my noFap journey. I quit my job last month without a backup plan and went to Mexico for a week with my girlfriend. After coming back from Mexico reality set in that I don't know what I want to do with my life. That's a scary reality for a 28 year old. On top of that while I was in Mexico, I lost my fitbit. I came back from Mexico with zero direction whatsoever. For me it's easy to get into a negative mindset especially with my bipolar disorder but thankfully I do take my medications for that. One thing I am proud of is that I didn't relapse I am 5 days from 90 days and I am really proud of myself for giving 2 middle fingers to porn. On the bright side, my sister sent me a new fitbit in the mail and I hit 10,000 steps yesterday. It felt nice to accomplish something as little as 10,000 steps because I feel like I need to get my motivation back and lose weight. Hell, If I can do nofap for 85 days, I can lose 40 pounds. Now time to put my money where my mouth is
Once again, as he was once on the screen, Charles Bronson is the answer in real life. Start pounding out the push ups. Go for a run (start by walking). Climb a rope. If you follow the Bronson way, you can look like he did in Chatos Way at 50.

We can use this thread if you want. Probably a better idea than a new thread. I'll charge my watch if I can find it and the charger. Not used it in a while, but you've given me motivation to use it again.
So my girlfriend and I are starting a new challenge tomorrow. I just completed 90 days of noFap so I feel motivated. 1.drink only water for 30 days 2.walk 10,000 steps a day 3. no McDonalds for a month Hopefully I can lose 10 pounds just doing that
