[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day one is done, and man today was hard

 

Just getting started with NoFap and am joining the 7-Day Challenge. (0/7)
Look forward to reaching my first goal.

 

Got up in the morning with a decent boner. seems like signs of recovery. the present challenge was nice initiation for me. very close to achieving it. but dont wan to see it as a goal achieved but only a test of nerves to give myself the confidence that noFap as a lifetime policy can be achieved. had taken a break from Fapping earlier just as an experiment, but despite tangible results, started again since i did not know the damage it was causing, and well, i have learnt that addictions once wired in the brain never dies. they only gets subsided till they get triggered again or if you just become sloppy. Hoping that the NoFap community will keep me on track this time to go fapfree, lifetime.

 

Is it ok to write so openly as you do here? Wow. Is that not a triggering story? I am a very verbal girl so texts do something to me. Maybe something I need to learn. Well I can’t stay away more than a day. Then I get aroused and yearning for porn.

 

Day 3 , so easy as long as I enjoy small things around ....

 

Hi! Just signed up to NoFap. Has taken me a while to realise how much porn has been a coping mechanism which is why it was so hard to let go. Stash deleted and I'm ready for the 7 day challenge! Day 0 starts today!

I studied this in my Communication classes. Its actually really common for females to get turned on by more verbal (or text based) means. Where as males are usually aroused by more visual stimuli. This is why girls often read more “erotic” novels like 50 Shades of Gray and such.
