Hello everyone. I just had a wet dream today on day 28 of No PMO (and day 44 of NO MO). It gave me a good feeling as the last wet dream I remember I had was about 4 to 5 months ago. But I want to know whether it can cause a relapse? Or is it a sign of progress?
I’ve had a few wet dreams in my no PMO streaks. For me it’s embarrassing and I feel guilty because of what I’m thinking about in my dreams, but I know it’s progress. It’s about having control over your actions. You can’t control your thoughts (at least your dreams) or emotions, only your actions. The only thing that causes relapse is a breakdown in discipline. Good luck!
I did PMO before and around my second week, I had a few wet dreams for the first time in a while (because before these wet dreams, the last I had were during my puberty time, which was about 2--3 years ago). However, I had them without having a sexual dream, it was just a normal dream but I woke up with sticky pants. So personally, I didn't count it as a relapse, it's just your body reacting. However the streak I am on now, I haven't had any wet dreams, but that's because this is like my 5th streak, and the longest one.
hi @Irshad I have watched some videos about that subjet , say said is a good sign , because you are in no pmo and the body need release the semen , is just a natural process , don't worrie , to reduce the chances of that happening again go for a piss before you sleep , don't wear tight clothes , don't sleep on your belly , do a relaxing activity before going to bed (read a book ....) and avoid fantasming or sexual thoughts Good luck
I've had wet dreams in the past during times when I worked on no PMO. They never led to a relapse; that only happened when I was awake But here's an interesting occurrence... I've had some sexually oriented dreams of late, last night in fact. I won't go into the details, but a funny thing happened, in the dream, I chose not to act out with the person involved. In other words, I backed away before engaging in the sexual act. Hmm? Anyone else have this kind of experience?
Don't worry me too i had this situation , that's is completely natural , the only thing i can give you is avoid heat , when it's not very very cold , use a light blanket, don't wear very tight clothes or underwear , don't sleep on your belly , go for a pissing before you sleep , make a relaxing activity before you go to sleep , and avoid sexual thoughts
It happens to me. I don't often dream, but the ones I do remember tend to be the ones where my conscious mind interferes with the flow of the dream, sometimes with me even realizing that I'm in one and rewriting it to be more logical. I plan on waiting until marriage, so when I do have sex dreams, it almost always involves the girl actively seducing me because I'd never seek out sex on my own. Usually, when I start to resist it in the dream is when I wake up. I haven't had dreams this frequently on intensely before though, and waking up from them on the verge of O is the hardest part (pun intended) of the current streak I'm on.
