Hello everyone I have successfully completed my 7 day challenge ☺️☺️.
The last day was very hard to control.Anyhow i overcame it and I feel very happy.
I am now aiming for a month.

 

Day 3 going on.

 

Shit I relapsed once again not feeling good .
