Day 2/7. Finally, I've only reached here 3 times since I started. If I pass this, I will be on the way to beating PMO for good.

0.... Theirs no reason to pretend like were hurting ourselves by "giving up" PMO, when were really freeing ourselves from this prison of addiction... Were not losing ANYTHING and gaining EVERYTHING, so dont make it harder on yourself than it needs to be... Leave this darkness and bask in the LIGHTTTTT

Phenomenal 4th day here and have felt some urges but I controlled.

Day 0
I am quite upset for relapsing again today.
However, I figured out the root cause of PMO.
This is time I decide to use a completely different approach to quit it.
Never give up!
