Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not PMO because I'm tired of all the negative emotions that follow it.

 

Today I will not PMO because I got a new job, I am starting in a few days and I want to be prepared for it. I took a new haircut, I bought some new clothes, I started to change and after I released 2 days ago, I finally feel better and I want to keep it that way

 

Today I will not use porn because I never want to use it again.

 

Today I won´t to use porn because I want to grow in all good ways and to have peace with God.

 

Today I will not PMO because I've felt mildly depressed for over a year, and the past weeks have been the first time in this period that I'm feeling better mentally. Even though I still have physical health issues I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel, and no PMO has helped with this tremendously.

 

Thanks @Tonytone I was writing something else then it just came to me that I just don't think about not PMOing and it is the better way to go. I get through the day with hardly a thought about PMO, it also helps that I have a very supportive wife who is also my accountability partner and I am being honest and can talk to her now without fear. Cant say it happened overnight but after decades of being addicted and many fails, more than I could count I am finally getting there. I am glad someone liked it enough to comment ;-)

 

Today I will not use porn because I only have ONE life so I'd better not waste it with fucking PMO.
