Almost finished day 1. You know what is helping me? NoFap alone is TOUGH. But if you think of it as 'I want to practice semen retention' things get a lot easier as you have something to hold on too.
2nd day done. Moving on to day 3. Day 3/4 have been historically difficult, looking forward to the challenge.
Day 1/7 complete I just finished watching the three part series called Brain Heart World, which looks at the harmful effects of pornography. Totally worth watching. Highly recommended.
Day 4/7. I've felt great having a lot of energy, but have been edging at some points, especially when I went to bed last night. I've got to keep myself busy and my thoughts on other things.
Here we go day 1. Posting in here as a supplement to the nofap 2019 thread. A week under my belt by this time next week would be tremendous.
