WHO of United Nations suggests abstinence for 7 days at maximum.
DNA of sperm gets damages for a long period of abstinence including NoFap.
According to WHO, sperm gets the damages of oxidative stress on a long period of abstinence, also WHO says about decreasing the rate of sperm motility and increasing malformation rate and leukocyte by bacterium,
I'm complicated between NoFap and WHO.
Please write anything about that here.

It's written on "WHO World Health organization . WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human semen. 5th ed. Geneva: WHO Press; 2010."

"Relationship between the duration of sexual abstinence and semen quality: analysis of 9,489 semen samples." ("Fertility and Sterility", Researcher, Levitas)

"Marshburn's Reference" (American Society for Reproductive Medicine)

    Also there's pictures.

Search it on Google, NCBI's article appears "Influence of the abstinence period on human sperm quality: analysis of 2,458 semen samples".

  2. This won't trouble everyone, and they could be wrong. Does it say it damages sperm or changes it?

  3. could you provide a link to the findings so that we could look at it?

  4. In any case, thousands of years without this advice. I can see how a recluse wouldn't necessarily procreate, but I can also see how people in certain places don't masturbate and go long periods without sex.
    I'm only speculating though.

I just joined this website. You know requirements are necessary to paste links for new users.

  6. It's right here guys.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7820161

Semen retention doesn't change your genes or your DNA. That is complete nonsense. The semen and sperm do start to deteriorate until released where new sperm and semen can form. That is why it's suggested that males masturbated a few days before sex for a better chance at fertilization.

There's a concrete proof of sperm deterioration of abstinence.
The result of an experiment is there: "Relationship between the duration of sexual abstinence and semen quality: analysis of 9,489 semen samples." ("Fertility and Sterility", Researcher, Levitas)

  9. I'm not disagreeing with these studies. It has always been known that sperm deteriorates with abstinence. But what's the big deal? If you want to impregnate a women, just masturbate or have sex multiple times to allow fresh sperm to form.

    "What's wrong?"
The problem goes to my future children due to deterioration.
I'm not like you, I'd like to have my children in the future.
Make efforts to be best condition is the "love" of parents.
Also, WHO says about decreasing the rate of sperm motility and increasing malformation rate and leukocyte by bacterium,
This's not my opinion, everything is from sources.
I'm still complicated between WHO and NoFap.
Please show proofs if you disagree with that.
    Individual opinions don't make sense.

  12. He just said it's not permanent and has solutions for it. If you don't want bad sperm, flush it out prior to procreating via either masturbation or safe sex.

  13. Maybe you can go back and PMO all you want.

The question is, what do you want?

    It doesn't make sense.
Please explain logically with proofs and datas.
You'd better behave more like adult.
It's like a child by saying individual opinions with emotions.
I have to confirm the gap between proofs of sperm deterioration and NoFap.
I won't reply anything anymore since non-logical users are many here.
    Explain with datas.

  15. I don't need to show proof. These studies don't say anything about sperm deterioration being permanent. So, the burden of proof is on you. Just think about what you're saying. From an evolutionary perspective, if abstaining for 7 days produces all these gene mutations or deterioration's or whatever, we would certainly not be here today. If so, we wouldn't even be considered humans. What about for animals? Damn near every specie on the planet doesn't ejaculate every week. Why do theirs not deteriorate but ours does? It's obvious that this is NOT permanent.

Exactly! @Idasca ... When u call Ppl "non logical" and childish do keep in mind.. Tht u r speaking in a forum .. Tht has grown humongously because ppl found abstinance and nofap to be revolutionary... U r just out looking for a reason to tell urself tht fapping regularly is good for u .Instead of digging up these past reports.. Cook one up by fapping Regularly and tell us afterwards about the benefits -_-

  17. They can stick their suggestions back into their azz.

"But they are scientists! They know what they say ,they want the best for the humanity" Yeah I would rather trust a rock then these scientists nowdays, which are nothing else but corporate puppets.

I would like say the same to @Idasca.
Demanding scientific data from here. Think yourself why you sign up here. If you find that PMO have negative effects in your life any physical or psychological problem. Then u don't need to waste time here. Go and find something useful to do.
