    Hello Everyone As I Posted Before about my nofap Journey .. Now Today I am On Day 26th and Going to hit 90 days.. Want to share my experience of these days..

    After Quiting POM on Day 26th .. Benefits Below

    No Depression
    Fuller Face and Body
    Dont Want to involve in Any Bad Habits Anymore
    Positive Thoughts in mind everytime ..
    Becoming a Good Person :)
    Everyone Starting to like me Because now i have Positive Attitude
    Better in Study
    No More Sleepiness and Tiredness Everytime Feeling Energy

    And Last One Great Improvement I got .. Into my Eyes .. My Eyesight Becomes Very Weak Due to POM so after 26 Day of NoPOM Feeling New Energy In My Eyes and Eyes are Relaxed Now No More Redness in Eyes and Its a Great Thing For me that my eyesight is Improving I think POM is cause that my eyesight become weak.

    I Saved my Life Now Its Your Turn Good Luck ;)
