Last night was my sit-ups program. Today are the push-ups, I'm supposed to do "23-28-23-23-max(at least 33)" with 120 sec rest time between each set. The program I'm following is too hard, and sets increase dramatically every week!

PMO fucked up our brains, and we need "food for our brains" vitamins, minerals, sport and meditation. That is my praktice and i have some results. Try, and you will say: arturo, he was right :)
