    Hey everyone,

    I am suffering with DE and am working hard to do nofap (on about day 20 or so). However, I have some real issues with stopping myself from edging. Am I effectively breaking my NoFap with this or is it okay to a point?

    Yes. Edging is bad. It causes its own set of problems and is considered a reset.
