Hey man, congratulations for everything you have achieved! You mentioned that at some point you weren't able to get fully erect. I'm facing PIED and I'm curious to know if your reboot helped with this issue. I'm very close to 90 days of no PM (O only with boyfriend) and I do notice improvements but there is still a long road ahead. I would appreciate your input regarding this matter. Thanks! Thanks everyone : ) @white burger Yes I do not have any more problem with my dick now I would advise reducing or stopping ejaculation as much as you can (as well as PMO), because sperm is what takes the most of our body to produce from a western point of view (you can create babies with it^^)... and from TCM point of view it's your essence, you're using up. If you're healthy and didn't had PMO behavior before, it does not too much damage to you. But man if youre here commit to your health!
