I suffer from the same thing. Internet and social media addiction is a real thing. Being determined and working towards your goals will help you improve yourself. Just being on NoFAP 25/7 like I am sometimes won't help anything.
Maybe you take a break from it next month. I stayed off it for most of last month along with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Thanks. It wasn't easy but I think staying away from social media for a period of time is a good thing to do a few times a year.

Everyone faces such a phase. Don't worry, it will pass soon and you will find yourself checking in 1/2 times per week too.
