Day 3. My brain felt numb today and experienced a huge drop in energy, motivation and concentration Made a mistake today by procrastinating on youtube which was the same mistake I did on my last streak. Hopefully this is the last time. Onto the next
I lost it to my urges another time but no matter how many times you fall, keep trying it only needs to work once. 0/30.
Day 8/30. There is a VERY strong urge to PMO right bow and over the last few days. It is only perpetuated by the fact that I worked out two hours ago but Imma stretch and that should give it time to pass (yeah yeah working in out gets me in the mood). Speaking of, I didn't really progress. I still have only done a max of 3 consecutive pull ups without having to touch the ground (12 total with 2 other sets of 2 consecutive pull ups). As for pushups I did the exact same number as last week, though this time I could do the a little faster so I'm not worried as much about that. Do you guys think I'm expecting too much? I'd expect at least 1 extra pull up per workout and I've been doing them for 3 weeks now, BUT I've only worked out twice per week during those times (and in terms of nutrition, it's not a *set* diet. I just kinda eat based on the general healthiness of the meal). Today we had a book sale in school. I copped "This is going to hurt" and a small "student cookbook" and had to stop myself from laughing during my study class reading the former. Also another opinion-based q: are these check in messages too detailed for just a simple check in? I'll start my own log if the length of my updates here bother anyone.
happy for you man. day 14 here almost half of the challenge. I'll be joining for the 60 day after this. Thanks
Day 12--had the second wet dream in a row last night which is sort of a blow to my feelings of progress. But I know its not a relapse and still going strong on no PMO. Best of luck to all of you
I've made it passed the 7 day, 14 day, and 21 day challenges. Now it's time for the 30 day challenge.
