I'm tuning in on my 3rd day,for now its going smooth,but even when it becomes harder I will keep it up and when complete this challenge,I'm going to do all the others.Sending much love to all of you out there,I know we are gonna make it!

Been good so far, thanks man. I've learnt that in order to stop failing at around day 7 over and over I needed to try something new and get more involved with it
I have finally joined the forum after being on Reddit for a long time. I have sort have tried but not that hard to stop PMO for a long time now and am ready to commit to stopping. The first hill to conquer is the 7 Day Challenge. Today is day 0 as I usually begin struggling on Wednesday and it continues through until Sunday so if I can make it through the weekend I think that is great progress. I will post everyday and am looking for some accountability people. We can do this together!
