Day 5 ✓ - One thing that is helping me a lot is not giving myself the option whether to watch porn or not. Im currently using no cell phone. I forward my incoming calls to my home phone, so Im not using my cell phone except when going out of the house. I also have my laptop in a place where other family members can see what Im watching which makes it impossible to watch porn at home. I have noticed that when I have the option to watch porn I have to fight a lot with the urges. Now I just do something else since I dont have that option. I know its only day 6 but its something that is helping me a lot.

Checking in, day 11. Getting hit by triggers, guess my brain is craving its dopamine. Going to start a new exercise routine. Time to re-build my brain, train it to serve me and not sabotage me. it´s normal to feel jumpy because the brain lacks the dopamine boost from the addictive behaviour. So it´s important that you meditate or engage in any relaxation technique, daily. it´s also important that you have a system to deal with stress everytime that you feel overwhelmed by it.
