    I also feel that counting the days creates extra pressure. That´s why i only write "one more day" ;). But it´s different to everybody, some brothers have no problem in counting the days. so do what you feel is best for you.

    when i continousely left the habit of pmo, i too found that the pmo sessions were not enjoyable, it seems there was a sense of impending doom over me :D, like i felt i was doing something wrong. in fact, in the last pmo sessions i almost felt like i didn´t know how to masturbate anymore :D true story
