1/13 A lot to improve in bedtime still. Just start step 4 again, that's the idea. The steps act as a kind of checkpoints. The next four days make a good goal in resisting the chaser effect.

2/13 Yes I do. Feeling tired in the evening is an indicator of many good things, e.g. whether I'm working and exercising properly. It also helps me getting sleep and starting the next day early, something that I've been having difficulties with lately.
