After intense binge for 8 months... I am again on nofap....With intense In mean 10+ times daily masturbation... on average..... And on august 2nd fapped 30 times ... ...... so u can know the intensity.........Now I am having Alot of anxiety & depression... Heart beat can be felt without touching the chest.... I was taking Anti anxiety medicine since May 10 Due to Coronavirus tension... but tapered the dose when condition got better... Now again i am having Anxiety. and nauseous feeling....I need some help how to lessen that......
Been dealin with that shit for many years( anxiety) , trying all kinda stuff to make it go away. Nothing worked . Finally went to doc. He gave me some lil medicine. Now I’m calm, and my heart is calm too. Make sure you make a visit to a doc if you didn’t already.
Thats the problemm.... When i was taking it i wan feeling very happy but as soon as i quit .. everything came back.... but i think it came back due to my excessive masturbation
