yo, whats up? well uh, basically... i've been fapping ever since i was like 13, im 17 now, and iv been fapping ever since.. sometimes multiple times a day, and now my dik is like completely insensitive, i wanna know how long it will take to completely regain sensitivity? my current goal is 60 days but will that be long enough? the longest iv ever stopped is like 5 days but i didn't really feel much difference then so i dunno if 60 days will be enough..?
90 days is when most people are fully rebooted. You should start to feel some good affects within the first 2 weeks though. Just ignore your penis for now (easier said than done, I know.) Its only useful purpose At this stage of your life is peeing. If I were you, I would quit forever, unless you want to end up where you are now a couple weeks after your 90 days are up. PMO is a slippery slope. You start doing it once a week and pretty soon you are going 3 times a day and losing sensitivity again. I once quit for about 8 months, and then masturbated once. After that, I got stuck in the cycle again.
Stop Fapping: Forever. Fapping is not natural. Only humans can fap, because they have a brain which can trick their emotions. Better, learn to enjoy partnership, learn to enjoy sensual touch and slow sex with a partner.
what ima do is jus go 90 days, then fap again, then from then on i'll only fap once a week, i'll track myself by setting my counter bar 2 1 week, & i wont get caught in the everyday habit again, i'd find it stuipid 2 completly stop fapping, the only reason i stopped was 2 regain that sensitivity again, lol
Why do you want to go back to fapping again? That's like a smoker that quits smoking for 90 days, only to start again. Breaking a habit is hard, restarting a bad habit is easy. Remember that.
to regain that great feeling again, lol why would i completely stop 1 of natures greatest rewards that has no negative effects except desensitization wen im gunna regain it anyway? lol
I suspect that after 90 days you might not even want to start fapping again. There are a thousand little benefits, not the least of which are extra time, mental clarity, motivation, and reduced social anxiety. You may think I'm making the last one up, but I've experienced it myself. Would you at least promise to keep an open mind?
Read around the forums, especially in the addiction section. A lot of people start out thinking its no big deal, and then years later it suddenly becomes one.
I'm not trying to harass you, I just feel strongly about this and hope you do some research before doing things that can really screw up your life.
my mind is open, but i dont think stopping fapping would help me out socially because i had sociall anxiety even before i started fapping, but il try n wait 90 days n see if ur right.. n its not like i need more spare time.. i already got plenty lol
iv read it, it all seems like a load of bull shit, the only negative effects of fapping i can believe is desensitization, but il wait those 90 days.. u may prove me wrong
People develop a lot of fetishes from porn. It starts out with looking for something a little more hardcore, and then moves on to weird stuff, which often gets pretty freaky. It's a process that can take years.
i see wat u mean.. i was watching porn 1day n i saw a vid in the suggestion box called "mum fuks son" i thought "wtf" that sounds sick, but at the back of my mind i found it kind of hot so i clicked it, ever since then i've been hooked on incest porn..i feel like a fukin sicko lol... after my 90 days im gunna try n ease off da incest porn tho n stik 2 normal porn
Coming from someone who have masturbated habitually from age 14... So thats 11 years. In 11 years, this is my first time in my life that I've gone without PMO for more than a week, let alone two weeks. I was addicted to both porn and subs-supplemented masturbation, and just normal masturbation (without porn and/or subs). After quitting P on 29 November 2014 (and relapsing several times until 8 June 2015) I went back to normal masturbation, but nothing really changed. I've been attempting at no PMO for two weeks now, and haven't relapsed since I've started. \o/ YAY. Anyway, back to my point. My life has changed dramatically after quitting (P)MO. The masturbation habit seems to have negatively affected my sleep patterns, my natural zest for life and stopped becoming a boredom cure. While it's hard for me to find medical research on the negative side of habitual masturbation, there is a wealth of information, feedback, success stories etc of the positive effects of quitting masturbation - many of which I can relate to.
I started this since 2012 up till today . how much time do I need to fully reboot? & I doing it 50 times per year as average
That should be all the reason to stop porn and jacking off for good. That is not normal at all and it is not good to be alone. You will live in massive regret later on if you don't fix this problem now.
