Does m without o affect reboot?

    I have had a streak going for about a month and a half now and the other day I slipped up and started to m luckily I stopped before it got out of hand but I felt a dopamine rush. Does this affect my reboot, do I reset, will my nofap powers be gone?

    It is up to you and how strictly you apply yourself to this challenge. But if you stop stroking until you are about to cum and then stop to avoid orgasm, that is edging and very harmful to your reboot.

    I'm not looking for an excuse to edge I know it's wrong. I'm not gonna do it anymore was just wondering if I ruined everything by doing that?
