food affects somehow our behaviour and our capacity to fight. I am not speaking just about quality of food but also quantity. I think our daily battle begins on the table. I would like to get more on serious on it and somehow more strict.
I agree and especially after I have fapped, all I want to do is raid the cupboards for chocolate, biscuits, cake, ice cream. These past 5 days I have been clean, I have been happy to simply eat healthy flavourful meals with no bingeing or eating between meals. We are what we think. We are what we eat.
I can definitely use a meal plan to reasonably stick too since I do a lot of "when I feel like it" snacking. So many choices of what to eat, overwhelming. I honestly don't know if I eat more or less than I need to.
