For any event to happen there should be three ingredients present: -Trigger* -Motivation** -Ability to take the action*** and if you remove any of those the event in our case it relapse just can't happen. *some examples of triggers ( they are usually combinations ):your naked body+ surroundings where it happened before, somebody else's naked body(ies)+ surroundings where it happened before, just naked body, touches intentional/unintentional of the erogenous zones of the body etc. **some examples of motivation:get rid of bad emotional stress situations ( boredom, loneliness, anxiety, anger, fear, frustration, sadness, depression, powerlessness, loss etc.),get rid of joyful over-excitement,fall to sleep, stop ruminating about current problems and challenges etc. ***Some examples of ability :being alone and undisturbed, being in the company doing the same thing, having time for doing, having enough health for doing it etc. Hope this will help you to stay clean and strong minded.
Day 8 - Urak-hai @RiseToGreatness I am on my longest stint in a couple months, and I am very happy. I have been super busy this last week which has kept porn off the brain, but soon my schedule will clear up in time for Christmas, so I am a tad worried about urges once I am no longer working all waking hours of the day. I also may have been exposed to COVID-19, so I will have to quarantine until I get a negative test. I have a test on Tuesday, and hopefully my parents and I are healthy so that I can go back to my apartment after Christmas. Best, Mathman1994
Day 14 complete, starting Day 15! I'm a hobbit now! Not much to report. Kept busy all day trying to wrap up Christmas-related projects before Christmas. I did have time for a nice run though.
day 1 here we go , have experienced a few urges a few minutes ago , but i'm not planning on giving up.
Oh man. I have crashed and burned yet again. I have been thinking I could just jump back in and start a new streak. I was very much mistaken. Fishing, and feeling sorry for myself. Oh boy! Time to man up. Let's try this again. 0 days.
Day 13. Reflecting on what I want my life to look like next year. In June my lease is up and I debating a move to a different city. Fear seems to linger with this thought. Fear of moving away from family and friends. Fear of not succeeding at making new friends. Fear of making the wrong decision. Fear of not fitting in. Uncertainty abounds.
Day 53. "A death silence swept the halls. You try to pass unnoticed under the mountain but the PMO forces are cunning and have arisen." @bmcmanansmith (Uruk) @eagle rising (115) Congrats, fellows! To destroy this filthy ring! Sacred Heart of Jesus, pray for us!
Powerful Monday to everybody. I've started with intentions of posting an update here and in another group I'm in each morning as a habit, because starting my day with some form of community is usually good for the rest of the day. However, it's been taking about 30 min to an hour. On the weekends that's fine, but I'll probably need to work on making these more expedient. A journey is a collection of single steps.
