23 days in, some questions about emotions.

    I am on day 23 of my reboot, have never been this far without having sex.

    Since day 20 i notice i have a hard time falling asleep, when i almost fall asleep i wake up again with my body really tensed and sweaty, is this normal ?

    Some other things.. I feel like i have not much influence on how i feel, for example yesterday i went to the gym, did yoga, eat moderately healthy, cold showered, but my confidence was at an all time low.

    Today i don't go the gym, everything else is the same and my confidence is quite high. Is it normal that emotions during the reboot are fluctuating so much ?

    Also, how do you guys going about walking and bein in crowded places ? I am constantly staring down girls, but it feels like this is slowing down the proces, it's really hard to not do it thoug....

    Yeah mate both are normal
    Insomnia is common in withdrawl
    And also mood swings and energy levels.. Dont worry mate it should decrease progressively.. Will become nil soon.. Keep up the good work..

    Sometimes this shit is just fucking confusing me... One day i feel like the king of the world and a super social guy, the next day i can be the most awkard depressed person to be around..

    Yeah i have heard about that a lot mate.. I didnt have those coz i was addicted to masturbation and porn substitutes more than porn itself.. They cause less severe symptoms..
    Try to be busy.. Go out play something do something just dobt let the mind think..

    The thing about PMO is that it's a habit which is something you have a choice over. It's okay to look at women and feel the turn-on, but choosing to act on the turn-0n by PMOing to it is when you're losing out. It's hard, but you gotta say "no" to your habit. Urges are nothing more than your addiction trying to get control over you. Don't let it.
