Spontaneous ejaculation?

So there I was, about to get undressed and get into the shower. The motion of me taking off my underwear created a sudden friction between the fabric and my genitals, and then bam, suddenly I feel like I'm close to ejaculating. I freeze, try to will myself to stop but it's already too late. A full blown orgasm and ejaculation!

Has this happened to anyone else? I've experienced semen leakage before if I get triggered but never something like this, I'm really weirded out right now. I'm not going to count it as a relapse because I wasn't even touching myself or doing anything to trigger myself, I'm just really confused.

I did some research into it and apparently it can happen, albeit rarely. I suppose I should just stop worrying about it, probably doesnt mean anything.

You are probably right, it's just frustrating. I was doing really well in terms of not feeling any post-PMO side effects for months and now after this I'm having to contend with the chaser effect and that horrible uncomfortable congested feeling that comes with it. Not a lot at all. I tried my best to stop before it happened but the orgasm came on so quickly there wasn't much else I could do but sit there and have it happen. As I was not touching myself there was very little sensation and I think thats why I feel such an insane urge to PMO now. Like my body wants me to "finish the job."
