Checking in. I was pretty tempted tonight. Then I read and watched this: https://www.news.com.au/entertainme...y/news-story/106695d7e5eec3e050538697cfac7d28 Good to have you here still too @hollyman ! It's still a thing, but the OP hasn't been online in a few months to update the ranks in the first thread. What normally happens is you announce your new rank here and update your signature to show it
Hey guys.. Day 61 it is.. Feel good to reach this far.. Last day on day 60 I've had a wet dream.. I was wondering why it is not happening for a while , since I had it on day 20's and 30's on the last two streaks... glad to see that the thing works ..lol... anyway I got alarmed and prevent myself from further wetting my pants... The demons are working their ways and I'm working my ways to cope with them.. That's it..
I've started gym again.. this is a new gym.. new people.. Love this new workout space.. it's only been two weeks since I joined this gym.. As I had a break on my workouts, had to deal with some health issues on restarting.. whatever, I'm surviving the roadblocks... Also it has been a month since I engaged in any social media sites.. Last day I took a 24 hour "No mobile phone, No Laptop" challenge.. Felt good to relieve myself from every addictions... I'm feeling gooooooood..
I'm doing great mate... Just looking up to the streak standards you've set up for us.. also looking ahead to see your recovery from the relapses... This is the way mate..
Not doing great with NF at the moment. Got to 6 days and relapsed really late/early this morning. Pretty clear lesson here - I stayed up and felt "too tired to actually get up and go to bed" and instead played on my phone until I was tempted. I've really gotta work on my sleep routine and stay off the devices when I'm really tired! Heh, I don't feel like I've set standards at the moment. Still here though, trying to get moving again. Thanks for sharing your successes, that's great man! Having no-tech and no social media time sounds super helpful in particular. Wishing you all the best as you keep pushing on day by day, resetting old habits, building those new ones. A little struggle today, for rewards in the future. *Repeats these last lines to myself*
