Day 4/10 Going for 20 Exercising & keeping myself busy really helps a ton. Barely had a thought of PMO today.
122/136. No PMO, no alcohol. Two weeks left to beat my best streak. But I'm kinda liking the sound of 150 now.
Day 5/10 Have to keep posting that I want to go for 20 days or more this time to really help myself have that discipline & focus
