0/5 Waking up after a short nap, alone in the house and some big urge to M makes me gave in. Need to improve my sleeping hours at night so I don't need or fall to nap during the daytime and back with some excercise activity because I'm not doing any excercise for almost 2 weeks straight.
Step 1/5 Why? This doesn’t suit the vision I have for myself in 5 years! Damn, those urges are becomming stronger and stronger every day… any tips guys? Currently under a lot of preasure at work too
Eat healthy as you are able, get to sleep at a consistent time for a number of hours that works for you, work out your body at least a few times a week, if not more
1/5 really need to get rid of that sh*t otherwise this addiction will only downgrade myself and make things worse for my life.
Resetting counter due to scanning behavior, willfully looking at pictures of models, not nude, but revealing. Starting from bottom of Step 2 and Step 7.
5/6 A new month awaits. Let us all make it a very good and clean one. We all have our short-term goals with the steps, but in addition to that, what would be more natural goal than one month. It's very easy to count days as well, just look at the calendar. I believe we can do it, and how awesome it would be if we made it at the same time. We give ourselves a very good chance if we take care of this week, that's the most critical one.
