    I say artificial sexual stimulation.

The thing is when I think of porn, I think of all artificial sexual stimulation. So pornographic websites, but also instagram images, videos of hotties etc, google images of hotties, youtube videos of hotties etc. It's all porn.

But a problem I have sometimes noticed on here is you could say porn, but a lot of other guys think that means pornographic websites, they don't realise you also mean instagram images of hotties etc.

This is why I say artificial sexual stimulation. But you really should just see all of it as porn.

If you're a porn addict then you are already doing a very powerful dopamine detox by stopping porn, artificial sexual stimulation. Of course you don't want to be playing video games all the time anyway. But I don't really see any issue with sometimes playing video games while trying to recover from porn addiction.

But even if you are not a porn addict, I still don't think it is good to constantly play video games. But I think sometimes playing them is fine.

The thing is that your brain is not able to distinguish what is porn and what's not. For him it's all about getting a huge dopamine shot correlated with sexual arousal. It's all about constant novelty, so things like YouTube or Instagram can also drag you back to old habits. The same neural pathways are triggered, so it's take more time to actually heal properly.
So I would say, if you want a quicker results - limit your screen time, cut-off social media usage... Your brain will start to looking for some other, more natural dopamine sources like socializing, or spending time outside. You just will be more motivated to live your life. If you like playing video games - go for it man, your main enemy is PMO cycle. But still - remember about moderation, maybe try to counter that with some other, self-improving habit like meditation or taking a cold showers.

But usually I ride my bike and play ball with my friends a lot I ride my bike everyday from 6-8 with my brother and ball with my friends so as long as i don’t get sexual arousal dopamine shots i’m good? so when u say youtube and instagram u mean as long as i’m not looking at hot girls on youtube and instagram but watching regular vids is fine?

  6. In other words it can be defined as fiction. Unless we get out of the box and face the reality we can never escape porn.
