At the risk of sounding like a raging misogynist who is putting a limit on what women have the freedom to do online, these pages were triggering for me, and were getting in the way of my regimen. So I unfollowed (another issue was I didn’t know these people personally). That’s all I’m gonna say. You have the freedom do what you want, but it ain’t healthy for me.
Delete every thing never go back to Instagram and slowly introduce YouTube and stuff. For now my YouTube is limited to science and gardening
Instagram or tiktok is a nightmare for addict like us. Youtube can be fine if you choose carefully who you subscribe to
Lol I don’t even bother with TikTok. The main reason why I still have FB and Instagram are used as promotional tools for my acting and writing careers, where frankly, you need all the promotion you can get. But I end up procrastinating, not getting anything done and merely just surfing through these sites, which often makes me feel lesser about myself because it makes it seem like all these other people have so many more close friends than me and are more successful than me. Probably the main reason why I think social media is unhealthy to begin with.
