5/5 It's going to be extremely important to make my way through the difficult first stages. They are hard for real. Does it go naturally for you already, or do you have to prepare a special attention to attack a new step?
I try to divide the bigger steps into smallers ones, so I have a target, that really feels realistic. Just holds me on track better, as I can tell myself "Stay strong, the halfway mark is almost here" etc.
